National is my Choice to support the fast paced Business traveler!

This is the best Rental Car Experience that I have had in 37 Years of arduous Business travel.

By Comparison, Hertz rarely had your car ready at the price quoted and Avis Bus was always late.

I have rented several vehicles from this location and have received very poor customer service from all levels: Managers/Supervisors/Lot attendants. I have reached out to the local branch, corporate, on repeated occasions and received a response yet members of the organization are mostly concerned about renting vehicles whether clients are happy or not with the services received. Unhappy clients will eventually take their business with a competitor and this will impact Nationals profitability. It is hard to see members of the organization from all levels don't care or do minimal effort to honor the needs, questions, and requests of their frequent/tenure clients with their highest loyalty rating: Executive elite! Below is a summary of my latest encounter:

A Happy National Car Rental Customer!

As Emerald Club member, I was able to walk onto the lot, select a car of my needs at random, pack my bags and go. Car Return was just as simple and efficient.

LACK OF SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SERVICE/VEHICLE OPTIONS

You even get to choose the car you want to drive for your trip. As a car guy this could not be better! You get to have some fun on travel trying different cars!

The National Car Rental Operation at Dulles International Airport is the best ever, car is ready and you are out in less than 4 MInutes.

Great service with National Rental. The vehicle ran without a problem. Got the car quickly and returned quickly. The shuttle to the airport was readily available. Thank you.

You get a great car at a great Price!

The staff is friendly and just recently I had left my neck pillow on the transport bus and the driver brought it back to me. Keep up the good work.

once again had a bad experience at the National Car Rental location at IAD. Arrived and no one was available in the lot to help several customers that had questions. I went inside the building to the customer service counter and there was a long line in front of me and only one representative, Moe, was there. I witness how Moe was very stressed and rude with clients that stood in line for almost 15 minutes, once it was their turn advised they need to file an accident report. Moe called Alfred and he advised Moe to file an accident report which he refused to do and said he had many clients to work with even though I was the only one left in the building at that time. Last week spoke when I complained and spoke with Jesse, an assistant Manager, he assured me National would do what it takes to ensure my needs were satisfied and that he would include notes in my account. Last night actions show Jesse, Alfred, Moe, and attendant at check out kiosk obviously don't care about what clients have to say or need. They are very concerned about renting cars and making money disregarding whether clients are satisfied or not with the services received. It seems to me like this is the culture National Rental Car nurtures, make money whether clients are happy or not, unknowing unhappy clients will take their business elsewhere where their business is valued. All I was requesting is a nice and comfortable ride for the week yet feel National is not able to offer that for tenure clients-Executive Elite. I know this email wont get far, probably someone in a call center will read this email and provide me an insignificant response, yet no call from representatives nor the local branch individuals to see what they can do to make it right. I will ensure to provide this review to this location and share this feedback with potential National customers.

I appreciate the value of being a Emerald member. I travel a lot for business, and it's nice to have the flexibility of getting off the plane and just picking my car and going, instead of waiting in another line.
