Somebody came to the vehicle as I was pulling in and did a quick scan and walk around. They set a small portable printer on the hood and my receipt was printing before I could exit the door. Took my luggage a few feet to the shuttle and I was gone. The whole process took about 3 minutes.
Great deal on rentals with a nice selection of cars. The Enterprise shuttle driver from the airport was very professional and polite. Got in and out if the office pretty quickly and the customer service there was good. I would recommend and will use them again.
I love Enterprise and have a great experience every time I rent from it. The Enterprise at Dulles is no exception. The associates I dealt with renting and returning the car were pleasant, helpful, and quick to get me through the process. They ensured that I had everything I needed for a great rental experience (e.g. a toll pass) without any pressure. Enterprise is my go-to car rental company. Period.

I've had many good experiences with Enterprise, but unfortunately this most recent rental was not one of them. I rented a Standard vehicle. I was given a Nissan Altima with ~$35K miles. It rode rough from the outset, and indicated it needed an oil change and filter as soon as I left the lot. It proceeded to start complaining about low battery in the key fob and low tire pressure within the first day of having it. Fortunately, I only needed the car for 30 hours or so and didn't need to put many miles on it. The car should not have been rented in this state. I ended up stressing over it, which translated to a negative overall experience.
Check in was even faster. I had already filled up at a very convenient Shell station a couple of blocks from the lot (only 4 cents a gallon over normal price)
