This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a furniture store and I will definitely be returning for my future purchases.
We stopped in this Havertys locations Labor Day Weekend looking for specific bedroom furniture pieces. We had been looking all over the place both in stores and on the internet and had trouble finding what we wanted - quality, design and price. We were very pleasantly surprised with Haverty's. Carlos (salesperson) greeted us when we entered the store - but left us alone to do our browsing. Happily we found exactly what we were looking for in this showroom - bedroom dresser and two night stands. Carlos was readily available when we needed him to answer questions and write up our order. He also arranged for our furniture to be delivered to our home in North Carolina. We got the delivery date we wanted and the delivery crews was excellent and did a great job placing our furniture in the upstairs bedroom. All and all a 5 star experience!
Just received my bed and dresser. Great quality and price, delivery was smooth. Definitely take a look if you're shopping around.
Good service in the store. Delivery team was polite, but in a HUGE rush. They almost broke the banister in my home, left marks on the walls, and left the mattress/box spring in the master bedroom still wrapped in plastic bags standing on their sides. I will not shop here ever again. Top Drawer Delivery?? As if.
Clearly their sales people do not know their own inventory
My husband and I are still phasing out our old college furniture. Our old couch (hand-me-down) broke Saturday. We went in Sunday, found and purchased a beautiful sectional with attentive help from several employees. Pamela even found us some great matching cushions that we got at a steal because they were floor models. Delivery was today - prompt, professional, and didn't leave so much as a scuff on my floors or walls.
