The staff were extremely rude, gave no concern to their costumers, and I was ignored many times. I had to ask random people for help because the staff was atrocious. This was my 1st time flying so i was already nervous. It is recommended that you show up 2 hours early because you have to take a shuttle everywhere, parking is hard to find, and security takes a very long time. At least i know not to use this terrible airport again.
Airport is nice and good. It’s 4:00 AM. I seen quite empty at airport. Near and good.
Nice airport with everything which is needed. OK I have to say it is not the biggest and nicest airport, I saw till now. But nevertheless it has everything what I need and expect from an airport. Additionally the staff at the airport was very nice and helped me a lot for getting the Taxi etc.
Moving in the airport requires train, which are comfortable, but for a person who have lots of things to carry it is not very good. The train announcer is not clear enough too, but again, the train is good and clean.
The Internet wifi is free and unlimited, which is great as lots of airports have wifi but limited the usage into one hour. The selection of store is more to cater the higher priced ones, which is reflected on the prices.
Airport is quite nice, really stands above average American airports. The interior is clean, all of the toilets are clean. The seatings is more than enough, though they made it such that people could not sleep on them.
Nice staff and clean airport. I was taking a flight to India through Frankfury and I loved the was that my gate was marked with the Indian flag. Coincidence maybe but still loved it!
